Circle of Peace

The Grace Academy day begins with an all-school assembly – our Circle of Peace and Respect. The Circle of Peace brings together all members of the community for prayer, quiet time, and some learning and reflection. The Circle of Peace ushers in the day and helps set the tone for each student’s daily journey. Guests are welcome and are encouraged to share personal vignettes or pearls of wisdom with the community.

Circle of Peace includes the Grace Academy Pledge, a Prayer of Generosity, word of the day, this date in history, plus a time for students to share reflections and intentions.

Grace Academy Pledge​

"I am a child of God. I will be truthful, honest and respectful.

"I thank you for giving me another day to live, to love, and to learn. Help me see your face in everyone I meet today,  so that I will treat people with the same respect I have for you, O Lord. Amen."
